Julian Martinez AKA Profound, half Spanish half Puerto Rican, was born in Spain 1978.

In the beginning of the 90's he discovered trance on Ibiza. Soon he was even making parties! At that point he realised that trance music was his passion.
When he was 18 years old he started working as a DJ. He was resident DJ at Clubs in San Antonio, Ibiza from 1998 for 4 years. In 2003 he finally fulfilled his dream to start producing music on a computer. With a special interest in the synths.In the summer of 2005 he introduced his music at Privilege, Ibiza. In 2006 he had 2 tracks released on itunes. At this moment Profound is about to realese his debut album "Time to dance". with a unique style and freshly intelligent ideas.
